“In connection with the celebration of Defender of the Fatherland Day on February 23, which falls on Sunday this year, the day off is shifted to February 24, Monday,” TASS reports.
It is noted that the Russians will have a shortened working week from February 25 to 28.
The next long weekend is expected from March 7 to 9.
Earlier, Deputy Head of Rostrud Ivan Shklovets said that in 2020, Russians expect eight shortened working weeks.
