At the same time, the resolution states that it is necessary to provide isolation and continuous medical supervision for 14 days for citizens of the PRC who have a residence permit in Russia upon returning from the PRC, and in case of symptoms of coronavirus infection, conduct their isolation and laboratory examination.
At the end of December 2019, information appeared that in the Chinese city of Wuhan, dozens of people fell ill with an unknown form of pneumonia. It was later reported that a new type of coronavirus was the cause of the outbreak of viral pneumonia.
