“The temporary custody has already been issued”: the children left by their father in Sheremetyevo returned to Komsomolsk-on-Amur to their grandmother

Vlad and Vanya Gavrilov, left by their father at Sheremetyevo Airport, will live with their maternal grandmother.

Meanwhile, the boys' grandmother Valentina Sukhova turned to the police. According to TASS, citing a source in law enforcement agencies, the father of Vlad and Vani, Viktor Gavrilov, called the woman and threatened that if she took the children, he would return to Komsomolsk-on-Amur and “will not give them life.”

“The investigation will give a legal assessment of the man’s actions, if there is a reason, a procedural decision will be made,” TASS quoted the words of the representative of the Moscow Interregional Investigation Directorate for Transport (MMSUT) of the IC of Russia Elena Markovskaya.

Recall, on January 26, at the Sheremetyevo Airport, two boys were found arriving with their father from Khabarovsk.

A note was found in the backpack of one of them, in which 41-year-old resident of Komsomolsk-on-Amur Viktor Gavrilov explained that he had abandoned his sons because of the difficult financial situation.

For two days, the police searched for the boys' father. On January 28, he himself came to investigators in Bataisk, Rostov Region. It also turned out that their mother, 29-year-old Olga Pushkareva, is now expecting a baby from her new husband, she did not communicate with her sons since the spring of 2019, and the current family reported that the boys are foster. “The parents of her new husband do not want to have anything to do with her children from their first marriage, we were with them,” a source in the local administration told RT.

Grandmother Valentina Sukhova decided to take the boys to her, which, as it turned out, in 1991 adopted Olga herself from the orphanage.

Alexander and Valentina Sukhovs live in a panel high-rise building on Moskovsky Prospekt in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. According to Anna's neighbor Sukhova, Olga grew up in a loving family.

“Mom brought her up strictly, but so as not to love, I won’t say this. She sews clothes herself, and you would see how she dressed up little Olya! How the chrysalis went! ”The woman recalls.

According to other neighbors, they do not remember any incidents with Olga when she was in school. However, the girl married very early: at the age of 18 she had already given birth to the eldest son Vladislav. The boy’s father, Victor Gavrilov, is 12 years older than his wife.

Victor and Olga for some time lived in a hostel on Khetagurovskaya street. Spouses in those years gave the impression of an ideal couple. But Olga herself, and her relatives and friends say that the man turned out to be a home tyrant.

Immediately after the wedding, he, according to Olga, forbade her to communicate with her parents. Moreover, the woman claims that her husband regularly beat her and the children: “There were moments of mockery even of the children. That is, he raised his hand to the children. There were moments that I protected the children, but it flew to me doubly. "

Also, according to Pushkaryova, her ex-husband cut her several times with a knife, became the culprit of four concussions and displacement of the nasal septum, and once shaved her baldness.

The words of Olga are confirmed by her mother. “Several times Olga went to the police, but they did not respond and did not accept the statement,” quoted RT source in supervisory authorities as saying to Valentina Sukhova.

Mother abandoned sons

In 2016, Olga took her sons to kindergarten and disappeared. As one of the kindergarten employees who visited Vlad and Vanya told RT, she left the boys' things on duty and wrote a note. According to the mother of one of the children attending kindergarten, the note said that Olga can no longer and does not want to live with children. As the woman’s classmates said, Victor constantly tormented her with jealousy scenes. Olga also did not like the fact that he earned little.

They were looking for a woman all Khabarovsk. For any information about her whereabouts, Viktor Gavrilov promised 80 thousand rubles. As a result, Olga returned to the family, and their joint photos began to appear in social networks again.

In 2017, Pushkaryova received a warning for failure to fulfill parental responsibilities. “The juvenile commission reprimanded Olga for leaving the store and leaving the boys alone, and the children knocked over a kettle of boiling water,” RT told the city hall of Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

The couple divorced in 2018. The breakup was difficult. According to the mother-in-law of Victor, he threatened his ex-wife and forbade approaching the children, saying: “If you go to the fence of the kindergarten, I will kill you.”

Later, the Sukhanovs found out that Victor allegedly somehow managed to write Olga and the children out of the room, which belonged to his mother-in-law and father-in-law, and decided to put it up for sale.

According to local media reports, Viktor Gavrilov grew up in an orphanage with two brothers. They did not maintain relationships. RT found a posted ad for Victor looking for his brothers, Oleg and Andrey.

Gavrilov graduated from vocational school No. 11 in Komsomolsk-on-Amur with a degree in electric gas welder of the 3rd category. From 2009 to 2016, he worked as a security guard at various private security companies. Recently, a man has been actively looking for work: he was ready to work for a small salary in other cities six days a week and on an irregular schedule. Gavrilov is registered in one of the houses of the village Ogneuporny, where, according to the neighbors, he was seen only a couple of times, and not once - with the children.

Twice Victor went on a shift: for this time his sons remained at the Center for Social Support for Children and Families. On January 24, Gavrilov arrived at the school where his eldest son was studying, took the boy’s documents, explaining that he was leaving for Moscow. There, according to the man, he had housing, and he would definitely find work in the capital. Teachers say that they had no reason not to believe him. Money for tickets, according to media reports, was lent to Victor by a neighbor who took a loan in her name for these purposes.

Foundlings

The Sheremetyevo security officers found the children on January 26 in Terminal D. The boys found their birth certificates, Vlad's school diary, a copy of his father’s passport and a note in his backpacks.

“Please help my children. Please identify them in a temporary shelter house, because at the moment I have a very difficult financial situation. I'll pick them up later. I ask the children not to be separated. Documents for children in a backpack. Sorry, but at the moment I have no other choice, ”the note said.

The children were fed and temporarily placed in the Khimki regional hospital. In the meantime, Victor reached Rostov-on-Don. On January 28, he confessed to the department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Bataisk, Rostov Region, where he confessed.

In a video published by SK Russia, a 41-year-old man apologizes "to his beloved sons." "Please forgive me. I love you so much. You are the only thing in my life, its meaning. I showed weakness, was afraid that I couldn’t handle it, so I left you at the airport in Moscow, knowing and understanding that there are many people around, police officers, airport employees, that you are not in danger, ”says Gavrilov.

The man, he said, hoped to find work and return for the children, "so that he would never leave again." Criminal proceedings

Two criminal cases have been opened against Gavrilov in the Khabarovsk Territory: for leaving the sons in danger and for torturing the ex-wife Olga Pushkaryova and children.

Olga Pushkaryova is now being kept at the local maternity hospital No. 7. However, after discharge from the hospital her eldest sons, she may not see. As the Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Khabarovsk Territory Svetlana Petukhova told RT, the issue of depriving the mother and father of boys of parental rights will be considered.

In turn, investigators check the guardianship authorities of Komsomolsk-on-Amur. The Gavrilov family repeatedly came into their view, but officials did not pay attention to it. “The assumptions about violations in the functioning of the organs of the prevention system are fully confirmed,” said Anna Kuznetsova, a children's ombudsman.

According to RT in the UK, a criminal case has been instituted under the article “Negligence”. “In the course of the case, the actions (inaction) of officials of the prevention system in terms of timeliness and completeness of measures taken to protect the rights of minors will be assessed,” the department concluded.
