Investigations of the Public Prosecution in Dubai stated that the defendant was working through his company, for a month, in a villa in Al Barsha, where the victim was working, then a dispute occurred between him and the owner of the company, so the latter ended his services.

The accused had been searching for work for three months, until the doors of work narrowed him, so he led him to steal the villa he was working in, so he went there on the ninth of last March, and he welded around it, and during that he met the maid outside the villa, and she pulled a dog in her hand, He greeted her, asked him about the reason for his presence, and he told her that he was looking for work, then she left and left the place, so he decided to enter the villa to search in the victim's room for valuable money or movables that could be sold, and when he entered the room he heard the sound of the dog barking, so he learned that the maid came again, He hid behind the door of the room so you wouldn't see it.

Investigations indicated that the maid entered her room, picked up something from her and then exited, and in the meantime the accused accused them of leaving, but he was surprised by the victim in front of him, so she screamed, and then picked up an iron piece and hit it several times on the head from behind, so that it passed out, but the blood burst from Her head, then fell to the ground, bleeding with blood, so he rushed out of the room.

He hit the dog with the same piece of iron until his bark was silent, and fled to a desert location to get rid of the iron, and then returned to his residence in the Satwa area, where the police arrested him.

He was charged by the Dubai Public Prosecution with the crime of premeditated murder, entering a house without the will of its owner, and intentionally killing a domestic animal.
