Save the Children works close to many municipalities that make contributions to children's and youth activities. She thinks that the municipalities should demand that it be a healthy environment for the children within the associations.

- With a new law relating to the Children's Convention, the issue is even more important, according to Outi Krekula, who is the business developer for Save the Children in the North region.

- It is important that you talk to any adult you have confidence in and not just carry everything inside, says Outi Krekula.

Men to tell

Save the Children, as well as other support organizations, go in and help associations where alarms have been raised about maladministration. When she hears young people's experiences of special treatment in Björklöven's youth business, she is affected:

- They should be proud to stand up and tell about their experience, it can lead to change and help others.
