The Minister of Education, Hussein bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, said that the National Festival for Science, Technology and Innovation stems from a sustainable educational vision drawn from the vision of the state and its innovative approach, and the aspirations of the leadership to make the country one of the leading countries in the field of innovation, pointing out that this event acquires added value , Being a unique educational platform that combines the innovation industry and its developments that deal creatively with relevant topics, and between modern practices in this vital field through a set of selected activities.
He pointed out that the Ministry is working to connect students to the overall accelerated developments in the scientific fields upon which the state depends for the sustainability of its leadership and development in various fields, as the festival draws the most prominent national plans and strategies related to innovation and creativity, and translates them on the ground through inspirational student projects that embody a summary of the ideas and efforts of our students In many areas related to society, environment and sustainability.
For its part, the assistant undersecretary for the care and activities sector, Dr. Amna Al-Dahhak Al-Shamsi, explained that the festival includes several main sections, the most important of which is the Science Fair (Emirates Competition for the Young World), which provides a platform for students of public education to display the scientific research results of their innovative projects, and the festival also includes A world-class conference that attracts elite speakers from both the local and international levels, as well as the Innovation Lab, which includes specialized workshops offered by a selection of government and private institutions, and a student retreat this year to discover and support entrepreneurs from the seats of study, and a clown Our family provides an ideal platform to promote community participation, and public awareness of the importance of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, within a family atmosphere entertainment fun, interactive, and hosts some of the artists and creators in the contemporary areas of several, as the festival includes the challenge of the competition «Innovators young».

She pointed out that the student retreat, which will be witnessed by the National Festival of Science, Technology and Innovation, will be attended by an elite group of students, as well as officials and decision makers from the governmental and private sectors, and this year revolves around the discovery and support of business leaders from the places of study, as students discuss several scientific mechanisms that contribute In enabling the concerned authorities to discover students in the field of entrepreneurship, and to provide effective initiatives in this regard, which would create a fostering and stimulating school environment for entrepreneurship.
