Prosecutor on suspected rape: "Will hear the girl"

Mia Sjöstedt does not want to comment on any possible traces and presses that the investigation is at an early stage.

- It is very difficult at present to say anything about the possibilities of finding the person who has done so.

The assault must have happened sometime at 20 o'clock on Monday evening in a forest grove in Bålsta. The girl was taken to hospital for examination and must have shown signs of shock according to police. The victim is a minor girl.

Many resources are currently being spent on trying to clarify what has happened - to move forward in the investigation.

- We have the greatest possible effort to try to get hold of a perpetrator in this case, says Mia Sjöstedt.
