Björklöven CEO Anders Blomberg and junior and youth sports manager Joakim Engström regret that individual players feel as they do. But they also mean that the coaches follow the guidelines that Björklöven has laid down in value and policy documents.
They also claim that they have a functioning education - "green yellow buddy" that all members undergo. Among other things, it is about an inspirational lecture where children and young people are peppered with being good friends.
- We have received some adjustments, but so far we have not come to the conclusion that we would have treated children or adolescents with special treatment, says Anders Blomberg.
The control documents are followedJoakim Engström, a junior and youth sports manager, maintains that the leaders and coaches follow the steering documents and values for Björklöven:
- I do not share the picture that parenting groups would have great influence. The coaches follow the guidelines for our steering documents, green yellow buddy and Björklöven's values, says Engström.
- What we bring from this is that we can be even clearer with what is expected and what can be expected. We are open to a dialogue, ”Anders Blomberg concludes.
