Moscow stated that there was no “intelligible evidence” of the allegations.
On January 24, it became known that the Bulgarian prosecutor’s office, according to the National Security Agency, organized pre-trial proceedings against two Russian diplomats suspected of espionage.
Later, Bulgaria officially declared two employees of the Russian diplomatic mission as non grata persons.
