The Mossos d'Esquadra are investigating an alleged multiple sexual assault that occurred on the night of last January 12 in Reus (Tarragona), as reported on Saturday by the Diario de Tarragona and confirmed to Efe the Catalan police.
These sources have clarified that a woman reported Friday that three men attacked her on the night of January 12 to 13, although the Mossos d'Esquadra have not provided more information because the investigations are still open.
The Mossos d'Esquadra have confirmed that they have already processed part of the proceedings to the guard court.
The 'Diario de Tarragona' reports that the victim is a 35-year-old woman who went to the hospital of Sant Joan de Reus, where she reported that she had been sexually assaulted in an open field next to the Trenet de la Misericordia Park.
The hospital activated the protocol of these cases and notified the Mossos d'Esquadra, although the victim did not formalize the complaint until Friday.
