Over 20 people fall victim to earthquake in eastern Turkey

An earthquake of magnitude 6.8 in the eastern provinces of Turkey claimed the lives of at least 21 people. More than a thousand residents were injured, several dozen buildings were destroyed. Emergency services of the country conduct search and rescue operations. According to preliminary information from local authorities, there are no Russians among the victims.
