In general, the degree at the major universities gives a higher average salary compared to the slightly smaller universities, the report shows. Four different courses, for law, civil engineering, physician and business administration have been compared.
Three of them are in Linköping and a degree from LiU to a civil engineer, business economist or doctor leads to high salary levels in comparison with other universities. Linköping University is ranked in the top three.
Ten years after graduating from LiU, business economists earn statistically around SEK 700,000 / year and are thus second in salary status after graduating from the School of Economics, the university writes on its site.
