The case was initiated under part 1 of article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
According to preliminary investigators, on January 16, a child in the apartment “found and used a drug of synthetic origin”. After this, the child was taken to the hospital, he is under the supervision of doctors.
Interrogations of witnesses were conducted, expert examinations were appointed.
“Information about what happened was sent to the department of guardianship and trusteeship for adoption of departmental measures. The investigation is ongoing, ”the agency said.
In December in Moscow, the social protection authorities organized a check in a family in which drugs were found in the child’s blood.
