Parents of students in private schools in the northern regions of the country «Emirates Today», that school administrations refuse direct communication between mothers and teachers at various levels of school, and requires students ’families to communicate with teachers through the school stage supervisor through e-mail.

They demanded that private schools be obligated to create smart applications via mobile phones, through which direct smart communication with teachers is made to ensure the student’s educational interest.

The mother of the student, Farah Muhammad, said: “The school administration refuses to give us the teachers’ phone numbers, and insists on communicating via e-mail with the second-grade department supervisor, as the supervisor does not respond to the e-mail until late, which puts us at a loss, especially if It was a question of homework. ”

And she explained that if the department supervisor replied to the e-mail, we have to wait for more than an hour for the supervisor to communicate with the teacher, and the other responds to it.

She pointed out that private schools must be obligated to create smart applications via mobile phones through which direct smart communication with teachers to ensure the student's educational interest.

The mother of the sixth grade student, Haitham Adham, said that she went to school to see an English teacher who taught her son, but the school administration refused to enter her for the classroom or meet the teacher at the reception desk, on the pretext that the teachers are not allowed to meet the students ’students.

The student’s father, Youssef Abdullah, emphasized that the school his son is studying refuses to communicate with teachers or to know the level of students through them, and that the administration asked him to take a prior appointment from customer service in case he wants to meet the teachers.

In addition, private school administrations reported that they have established regulations to regulate the relationship between teachers and students ’families by communicating with department supervisors via e-mail regarding curricula, students’ behaviors and degrees in school subjects.

She clarified that if communication between the students and the teachers opens, it will increase the pressure on the teachers outside the school hours, especially that some families communicate with the teachers late at night to inquire about unnecessary things.

The school administrations added that it gave school supervisors the authority to communicate with the students ’families, get their inquiries and complaints and refer to the educational cadres to obtain the appropriate response, pointing out that it deals transparently with complaints related to the weakness of teachers or lessons.
