She explained that with regard to external financing of research, it is conditional and dedicated in specific research fields that the university adheres to with the financiers according to contracts and agreements signed between the university and the financiers, and they are provided with periodic reports to follow up the research progress, and the university’s scientific research council is approved for the funded research after its arbitration by external arbitrators Distinguished in their scientific majors.
