In a letter to all residents at Moss, Sol and Dalvägen in Hyltebruk, Hyltebostäder threatens its tenants by collectively billing everyone for SEK 50 if they find garbage outside the common garbage station.
The company believes that it is a desperate attempt to stop the long-term debris. The tenants' association and tenants are critical.
