The elderly residence Druvan in Linköping, which is run by Attendo Care, has a long collaboration with the SIUS consultants at the Employment Service. Several people with different disabilities have been given an internship or a salary grant position there.
- It's win-win. We get labor that specializes in certain things. And personally, it gives me satisfaction, when you see these people being so thankful that they have a meaningful job, ”says Susanne Rosell, head of operations.
