“The plane landed at the nearest airport along the route because of a sick passenger,” the press service of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk airport quoted Interfax as saying.
According to the press service, the plane will arrive at Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk airport on Tuesday evening, January 21.
