“A criminal case has been opened on the basis of the elements of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Improper performance of official duties, which entailed the infliction of grievous bodily harm”) on the fact of an attack by a pack of stray dogs on a schoolchild, ”the Dvoretskaya statement said.
It is specified that the incident with the attack of 12-15 dogs occurred on Monday, January 20, on the roadway in the area of house number 53 on Chernyshevsky Street, when the first-grader was going home from school.
It is noted that at present, the life of the child is not in danger, but his condition is assessed as serious.
All circumstances of the incident are established.
Earlier in the Vologda Oblast in the city of Vytegra, a fighting breed dog ran into school and bit six primary school students.
