Executive Council Resolution No. 6 of 2020 specified specific criteria for linking jobs to the table of grades and salaries, according to Article 7 of the law, which are the identification and classification of job groups, the components of each set of jobs, and the levels and job descriptions for each of them, according to the procedural manual.

According to the new law, every job within the job group is linked to one of the job rings, according to the criteria set by the Human Resources Department, including the availability of competencies, specializations and expertise required to occupy the job in the labor market, according to the supply and demand and the extent of competition for it, in addition to the degree of complexity of the job, from Where its tasks and responsibilities, the quality of scientific qualifications, the required practical experiences, the competencies and skills necessary to occupy it, and the extent of the job's impact on the main competencies of the department, according to the legislation established for it or organizing its work.
