After the attack of a dog on a child near Astrakhan, a case was instituted

“A criminal case has been opened on the fact of a dog’s attack on a child,” the SC SU report in the region said.

It is noted that the case was initiated under the article on the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life or health of consumers.

According to the investigation, on August 28, 2019, a dog attacked a five-year-old girl, a resident of the Moscow region, at a fishing base in the village of Zamyany, Enotaevsky district of the Astrakhan region.

As a result of the incident, the child received lacerations in his face.

Previously, investigators opened a criminal case after the dogs attacked a schoolboy in the city of Lensk.
