Yemeni Minister of Information Muammar Al-Iryani published, through his account on the social networking site Twitter, a video of the impact of the Houthi attack on a mosque in the Ma'rib Governorate, central Yemen.

The attack, which occurred on the evening of the day before yesterday, Saturday, targeted a mosque in Ma’il camp in Ma'rib Governorate, as people gathered to pray in it. The attack took place with a ballistic missile, killing more than 100 people and scores of wounded.

Al-Iryani said in a series of tweets that "the bombing carried out by Iranian mercenaries, Houthi militias, with Iranian missiles in revenge for the killing of Qassem Soleimani, on a house of God in the Mile camp in Ma'rib Governorate, a treacherous and cowardly terrorist crime that discards all Islamic and human values and beliefs and moral considerations."

He added: "We condemn the international silence regarding this cowardly terrorist crime and the continuous Iranian escalation of the crisis in Yemen, which threatens to blow up all efforts to end the war and bring peace, and puts the conflict with Tehran mercenaries from the Houthi militias in front of a new phase called the military solution."

He continued, "We call on the Special Envoy of Yemen Martin Griffiths to stand and condemn this brutal attack, and we affirm that the continuation of silence regarding the terrorist attacks and the continuous escalation by the Houthi militias is a complicity and a green light to commit more crimes."
