One patient is in serious condition, two more are in a state of moderate severity.
“It is also known that three people refused hospitalization and will be on outpatient treatment under the supervision of doctors,” the agency quoted Interfax as saying.
As RIA Novosti clarifies with reference to the press service of the city ambulance, two rescuers who received thermal burns of the legs and a 53-year-old woman working as an administrator refused to be hospitalized.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia. Chairman of the SC Alexander Bastrykin referred the case to the central office of the department.
