Pristayko noted that he was discussing with the OSCE Chair, Edy Rama, what the shelling in the Donbass means.

“Does this mean a complete disruption of the (Minsk. - RT ) process or the coincidence of many factors that led to an increase in shelling,” he said.

According to him, the Ukrainian side will try to urgently contact partners, because "the agreements do not work."

Pristayko also said that Kiev proposes to expand the OSCE mission in Ukraine.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry called the measures of Kiev under the Minsk Agreements insufficient.
