Rafael Nadal will end the day session in the main precinct of Melbourne Park, before Daniil Medvedev begins the night.
Adrian Mannarino will face Dominic Thiem in the Margaret Court Arena before the start of Simona Halep's early night session.
The organizers have advanced the start of the matches on the annex courts by half an hour, in order to accommodate the 32 games which could not be played on Monday because of the rain.
The entire French delegation will play on Tuesday, with the exception of Grégoire Barrère, the only Blue who had time to finish his match and qualify for the second round on Monday.
