“The Zarechensky interdistrict investigative department of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Penza Region has opened a criminal case against a man born in 1989 who is suspected of attempted murder of a young daughter,” the press service of the regional head of the Investigative Committee said.
According to preliminary information, on the evening of January 18, a man and his young daughter were found under the windows of their apartment on the fifth floor and were hospitalized with injuries.
Currently, investigators and forensic investigators establish the circumstances of the crime and collect evidence.
Experts also intend to check the living conditions and upbringing of the child and the actions of the bodies of the system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency.
Previously, the website kirov-portal.ru reported that a court in Kirov found the woman guilty of killing her three-year-old daughter out of personal hostility "in order to get rid of the responsibilities" for her upbringing.
In February, a woman born in 1997 left her three-year-old daughter for one week in a locked apartment, as a result of which the child died from dehydration.
