Israel decided today, Sunday, to remove Sheikh Ikrima Sabri, the preacher of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, head of the Islamic High Authority in Jerusalem, from Al-Aqsa for a week, which can be renewed.

And the occupation authorities demanded Sheikh Sabri to come again next Saturday to be interrogated again, with the possibility of deporting him for another week from "Al-Aqsa" in case he does what the occupation claims to be incitement against him in Friday sermons.

Local sources reported that the Israeli forces stormed the Sheikh’s house in Jerusalem, and asked him to come to investigate the “Al-Qashla” police station at exactly one o'clock in the afternoon.

The Israeli police investigated Sabri and charged him with incitement through Friday sermons at the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and asked him about the time period he had occupied in his speech, and informed him of his decision to deport him from the mosque for a week and handed him a summons to investigate him next Saturday in the same center.

The occupation forces have strengthened their actions against the Jerusalemites since the morning hours in several neighborhoods, and installed a number of checkpoints in the Al-Gethmaniya Church area near Old Jerusalem, and in Beit Hanina, Silwan, and Ras al-Amud. She scrutinized Jerusalemites' identities, and abused a number of West Bank ID holders.

The occupation police also stormed several shops in Silwan, amid inspections of vehicles passing there.
