Secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council expressed condolences to the relatives of the victims.
“And our work will not stop until the circumstances of the tragedy and the punishment of those responsible are fully clarified,” he said.
Earlier, at the Boryspil airport near Kiev, he landed an Il-76 of the Ukrainian Air Force with the bodies of 11 Ukrainians who died in a plane crash.
