Sharjah misdemeanor court sentenced a young man of Arab nationality to two years imprisonment and deportation from the state after the end of his sentence, after his conviction was proven possession of a heroin drug for the purpose of abuse.

The details of the incident according to the case papers go back to the date of last October 16, when a report was received stating that a young man was taking drugs and under their influence in one of the public places. It was clear from the results that he was taking the same substance, and accordingly the case file was referred to the court for trial.

The court had faced the convict in its previous session with the charges attributed to him, and he admitted them completely and in detail, as it turned out to be one of the precedents.
