Five apartments had to be vacated and a total of about 20 firefighters worked with the fire. It is unclear what caused the fire.
- Due to the fact that it was a relatively newly built property, the fire has not spread, says Niklas Ignell at Södra Älvsborg's rescue services association.
One person was seriously injured in the fire and was taken by ambulance helicopter to Södra Älvsborg Hospital in Borås.

In the morning, the emergency services worked with fire extinguishing work. There is no risk of spreading.
