Goncharuk said on his Facebook that the Ukrainian government has a “high credit of trust from the president and the people.”

He added that the Cabinet is aware of the responsibility entrusted to him. According to the Ukrainian prime minister, his team "is ready to fulfill all the tasks and strengthen systemic changes in the country."

“Ahead is hard and hard work,” he said.

On January 17, Goncharuk filed a letter of resignation after appearing in social networks of mounted audio recordings of meetings of the Cabinet. The Ukrainian president refused to accept the prime minister’s resignation.

After that, Goncharuk promised Zelensky to prepare an interim report on the work of the Cabinet by February 4.
