Cementa is Sweden's largest producer of cement. The company wants to get a new permit that will last until 2041.
The County Administrative Board of Gotland is against the plans as it believes it could threaten the water flows, and nearby Natura-2000 areas.
Today's verdict is expected to come at 13 and it is very likely to be appealed from one side or the other.
