- In two days, 65 millimeters of rain was measured at the Torup measuring station. It is the largest two-day set I have seen in the area. And this adds to Nissan and Ätran, ”explains Göran Lindström, on-call hydrologist at SMHI.

He adds that the flows have reached their peak and will probably not increase given that no more rain is expected at this time.

Do people living near the two rivers need to be worried?

- I don't think you need that because the warning is in the lower part of class 1, answers Göran Lindström.

SMHI removes the Class 1 warning during either Saturday or Sunday.
