Vox has filed a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office for the alleged irregular financing of Podemos "after the disclosures provided by the Bolivian authorities" - and which EL MUNDO advanced exclusively - regarding payments made to the company Neurona Consulting, linked to leaders of the Pablo Iglesias's party.

In a statement, the formation chaired by Santiago Abascal recalls that the party financing law states that "the parties may not accept any form of financing from foreign governments or organizations, entities or companies or companies directly or indirectly related to them ". And it requires the taking of a statement by Pablo Iglesias, Juan Carlos Monedero, Íñigo Errejón, Baltasar Garzón and José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero.

This newspaper advanced on January 12 that the Government of Bolivia, under the presidency of Evo Morales, paid at least 1.3 million euros to the Mexican consultant Neurona Consulting, closely linked to Podemos, between 2017 and 2018. The concepts of The subscriptions, as evidenced by the hiring files, consisted of making small videos (up to 169) of between 30 seconds and two minutes, as well as gifs and postcards to extol the achievements of the Bolivian Executive in social networks. The payments were released, according to that documentation, with extravagant and diffuse concepts such as "knowledge transmission" or undercover under the word "rational", to dry.

In an interview with this newspaper, Evo Morales said he has only seen "once" Pablo Iglesias, who said he did not remember the name: "The one with the tail in his hair, what is his name?" "We have no economic interests with them. If the current government has evidence, take them out and investigate. I have not seen any so far," he insisted. "Anyway, I was the president and I didn't award," he excused himself.

The complaint of Vox before the Prosecutor's Office has been presented by the deputy for Málaga Patricia Rueda, the deputy for Salamanca Víctor González Coello of Portugal and the national legal vice-secretary of formation, Marta Castro. Rueda has pointed out that both "Spaniards and Bolivians need to know the truth" about the alleged irregular financing of the formation of Pablo Iglesias. "We hope that the Spanish Prosecutor's Office collaborates with the Bolivian and other countries for the indications of irregular financing not only from Bolivia, but from other places, based on the information that will appear and we will know throughout the week," added González Coello of Portugal, which already discounts new journalistic revelations.

The Attorney General of Bolivia has summoned Iglesias, Errejón, Monedero, Zapatero and Baltasar Garzón to explain their relationship with Morales and to ask them about the incident that occurred before the Mexican embassy in Bolivia on December 27. In that sense, Vox has presented a battery of questions to the Government before the Bureau of the Congress of Deputies, to clarify whether the Executive - of which we can join United We can "will collaborate with the Bolivian Prosecutor's Office in its investigation."
