“Due to the hard landing of the IrAero airline’s plane, which occurred on January 16 near the Domodedovo airport, inspectors of the Rostransnadzor will conduct unscheduled inspections,” the Rostransnadzor said.
The Directorate of State Aviation Surveillance and Oversight of Transport Security in the Siberian Federal District will be checked by IrAero Airlines, and the Department of State Airborne Surveillance and Oversight of Transport Security in the Central Federal District will be checked by the ATM.
“The subject of both inspections will be compliance with the requirements established by the air legislation,” the department said.
January 16, the SSJ-100 made an emergency landing on an unfinished lane in Domodedovo.
The Federal Air Transport Agency began an investigation into the incident.
