This does not apply to any individual case, but the notification is directed to a decision taken by the elderly management regarding financial priorities.
"There is an obvious risk that the home service businesses will fail to fulfill their tasks, which has also been repeatedly pointed out by, in particular, the private service providers," the Lex Sarah report states.

The employee should have told the management that many are worried that the business is not being run in the best way given that money is being made - without getting any response.
