President Trump's impeachment resolution sends U.S. Congress lower house to Senate 10:55 on January 16

The U.S. House of Representatives has sent a resolution to the Senate to impeach President Trump over "Ukrainian charges." The Senate is expected to proceed with a substantive hearing beginning next week, including a sworn ceremony for the Federal Supreme Court of Justice, chair of the impeachment trial, on Tuesday.

Last month, the U.S. Congressional House of Representatives impeached President Trump over the alleged Ukrainian parliament. He elected seven members of the House of Representatives, including the Information Commissioner, and sent a resolution to the President to impeach him.

The Senate will officially accept the impeachment resolution on Monday and hold an oath ceremony for the Federal Supreme Court, the presiding judge of the impeachment trial.

Substantial trials of the impeachment trial are expected to begin in the Senate on 21st next week, making President Trump the third president in American history to be impeached.

In the impeachment trial, the ruling and opposition parties continued to bargain on whether to invite former opposition candidate Vice President Biden and former Trump Trump's former assistant to Bolton as assistant witness. Depending on what is going on, this could affect the November presidential election.
