Medvedev and Mishustin will meet on January 17

It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the cabinet.

“Speaking about the meeting of the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia and the Chairman of the Government of Russia, it will be held tomorrow at the Government House of Russia,” the press service said.

On January 15, the Russian government resigned. Russian President Vladimir Putin shortly afterwards signed a decree that made Medvedev deputy chairman of the Security Council.

Along with this, Putin appointed Mikhail Mishustin the new chairman of the government of the Russian Federation. Prior to that, the State Duma deputies approved his candidacy.
