Ayuso declares war on Colau: he will try to snatch the Mobile Congress

The president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has expressed her intention that the Mobile Congress will move to the capital. "We will do everything in our power to bring it," he said.

"We have demonstrated during the COP [the Climate Summit] that Madrid is prepared to host any type of event of the field that is and of the difficulty that entails," Ayuso said at a breakfast organized by Europa Press. "We are prepared to host the Mobile and we will go for it," he added.

Asked by journalists attending the event on Thursday, the regional president has revealed that her Government has been "talking weeks ago" with the organizers of the Catalan fair. In this sense, he has said that he can "celebrate perfectly" in the capital and has been interested in capturing it "on other occasions".
