U.S. and China sign agreement on first phase of trade negotiations January 16 3:14

The U.S. and Chinese governments signed a first-stage agreement on trade negotiations at the White House in the United States on March 15. The two governments have repeatedly implemented measures to add tariffs on each other's imports since the Adult (2018), but this time they have come to a compromise with a partial agreement. However, many issues have been postponed, and it is unclear whether the conflict between the two countries will ease.
