Siluanov also noted that these funds can be realized at the expense of resources that were not spent in previous years.

Earlier, Putin in a message to the Federal Assembly said that Russia had entered a difficult demographic period. In this regard, he proposed a number of measures, in particular, to extend the capital capital program until the end of 2026 and introduce monthly payments for children aged 3 to 7 years.
