The Dubai Court of Appeal has ruled a six-month prison sentence suspended by a criminal corporal, after being found guilty of assaulting a colleague during his arrest, because he broke into a woman's house in Dubai for insisting on marrying her, despite her unwillingness.

One of the victims in the Public Prosecution investigation said that he was at the head of his work, and he received a report about the incident in which a woman stormed the house of a woman.

At the request of the officer, the victim went to accompany the accused, but the latter refused to accompany him, so he held his hand in an attempt to handcuff him with handcuffs, except that the defendant assaulted him with his other hand in the chest, then hit him with handcuffs, so the victim had to use his colleagues to put him inside the patrol.

For his part, the defendant denied before the criminal and appeals courts his assault on his colleagues during his arrest, while investigations did not show his relationship with the woman who informed the Dubai police, and the criminal court ruled his conviction and decided to imprison him for six months, so he appealed against the ruling before the appeals court that suspended the sentence of imprisonment.
