Khalil Khoury, the undersecretary for the Ministry of Human Resources and Assistant Emiratisation for Auxiliary Employment Affairs said: “The new standards set by the regulations were based on studies that took into account the costs of living in the country, and linked them to the level of salary through which the individual or family residing in the state can meet basic needs and ability To fulfill the legal obligations and rights of the cofactor, including providing a decent work environment and appropriate health care. ”

He pointed out that in the light of these studies, the executive regulations of the Auxiliary Service Law specified a monthly income of 25,000 dirhams or more for the individual or family, including the salaries of all family workers, and any allowances such as housing allowance and others, as a condition for accepting that the residence of the assistant worker is based on families Resident in the state.

Khoury explained that the list took into account the fixed health cases with accredited medical certificates, which require the presence of an auxiliary worker to care for them and take care of their affairs, provided that there is a suitable income for the family or individual, at least 15 thousand dirhams per month.

He emphasized that the service centers "Tadbir" provide for families that do not meet the criteria referred to by two other alternatives for employment, according to two packages guaranteeing the efficiency of the worker, and to meet the needs of these families at a low cost, as the first package provides an assistant worker registered on the service center "Tadbir" to work for a contractual period It is not permitted for the worker to move as a resident co-worker on the employer's residence, while the other package provides a registered co-worker at the service center “Tadbir” to work in a system of "hour - daily - weekly ... etc".
