“Public sector employees without decrees - for example, human resources personnel, lawyers, accountants, engineering and auxiliary workers of budgetary institutions serving buildings and equipment, will also receive an increase. From October 1, 2020, the wage fund for them will be indexed by 3%, in 2021 and 2022, and from October 1 - by 4% annually, ”said Topilin.

Earlier, the Izvestia newspaper, citing the Avito Work analytical center, reported that the average salary in Russia in 2019 increased by 6% and amounted to about 37.9 thousand rubles.
