The conference will bring together the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, China, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, the Republic of the Congo, Italy, Egypt, Algeria, as well as the United Nations, the European Union, the African Union and the League of Arab States.

Also in Berlin, the head of the Libyan National Accord Government, Faiz Sarraj, and the Libyan National Army Commander, Marshal Khalifa Haftar, have been invited, according to the Bundestag website.
