Local writers called for criticism - now Region Halland releases podd

The scope of literary criticism in the media has decreased. Therefore, when the local authors in Halland called for more critical response to already published books, Region Halland responded by carrying out its own initiative on regional literary criticism.

The second edition of these public criticisms took place last fall, and during these were discussed first Stefan Albrektsson's poetry collection and upbringing depiction "Starfish" by critics Mikaela Blomqvist and Erik Bergqvist.

During another scene interview, critics Erik Andersson and Ylva Lagercrantz Spindler discussed the two authors Christina Karlberg and Marita Warborn Lundgren's grief-processing book "I am happily married, my husband is just a little dead".

The talks were held last fall but were recorded and are now available as podcasts.

"The authors think it's great," says regional librarian Maria Ehrenberg.
