Meanwhile, regarding the dispatch of the SDF to the Middle East, Prime Minister Abe explained that the objective was to ensure the safe navigation of Japanese-affiliated vessels, and gained support from other countries. Oman, who is considering resupplying escort ships, also announced his intention to cooperate.
