Will the positive response of the CFDT and Unsa to the offer of dialogue from the government affect the determination of the strikers? The answer will be played from Monday in the general assemblies of peak sectors for 40 days, starting with transport. State of play:

RATP - SNCF

Traffic will still be disrupted in the capital on Monday, but with a "very clear improvement" on the RER network, where one in two trains will run all day, according to the RATP. The SNCF announces 8 TGV out of 10 in France, 7 TER out of 10 and 7 Transilien out of 10. International traffic will be "little disturbed".

The attitude of Unsa and the CFDT, strikers despite the support of their union centers for the points reform, will be scrutinized at general meetings on Monday. Sunday, the general secretary of the Unsa railway Didier Mathis assured that the call to strike was maintained at the SNCF as at the RATP but acknowledged that the withdrawal of the pivotal age by the government "allows (may) -be going out from above. "

The rate of strikers measured on Friday morning at the SNCF remained above 10% (10.2%), with almost one in two drivers (47.3%) concerned.

In Paris, the RATP plans a "very clear improvement" in traffic on the RER network, with one train in two all day. In addition to automatic 1 and 14, metro lines 2 and 10 will operate continuously from 6.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. The rest will be open mainly during rush hour and with sections and stations closed. On the surface, traffic will be close to normal for trams and 4 out of 5 buses will run on average.

REFINERIES

The CGT, majority in most refineries, called for continuing to stop fuel shipments until January 16 inclusive, "at least", according to the general secretary of CGT Chemistry, Emmanuel Lépine.

The previous interprofessional days and the total halt in shipments from January 7 to 10 have not yet resulted in a massive shortage of fuel, and the energy unions have vivid memories of the strike against the Labor Law in 2016, where they found themselves isolated. They are therefore cautious about the possibility of a total shutdown of refineries, a cumbersome decision that takes several days.

Only the Petroinéos refinery in Lavéra (Bouches-du-Rhône) has started a partial halt in production at this stage.

TEACHERS

Monday opens at the Ministry of Education negotiations on pensions, which must lead to a law programming revaluations, and the FSU, first union among teachers, will make known its position at 19H00.

At this stage, the education unions have called a strike and demonstrations on January 14, 15 and 16 as part of the national inter-professional appeal CGT-CGC-FO-FSU-Solidaires.

SUD also calls for amplifying "a renewable strike movement capable of bending the government and obtaining the withdrawal of the government project".

The teachers denounce the fact that the reform will take into account the whole of the career in the calculation of pensions, against the last six months currently, while the government promises them to raise wages.

lAWYERS

The National Bar Council (CNB), which represents 70,000 French lawyers, calls "all French lawyers to continue the strike movement for the week of January 13", in a statement Friday, continuing to denounce the removal of their autonomous pension plan.

The lawyers, very mobilized since the beginning of the movement, fear the doubling of their retirement contributions (from 14 to 28%) and the fall in pensions.

The Minister of Justice, Nicole Belloubet, and the State secretary in charge of pensions, Laurent Pietraszewski, are due to meet with representatives of the profession on Monday.

OTHER

At the Paris Opera, the Saturday night performance of the "Barber of Seville" was canceled. Cascade cancellations since December 5 have already cost more than 12 million euros. The suspense remains intact for the next performance Tuesday, cancellations may occur less than an hour before the curtain rises.

The CGT of the Banque de France has filed a notice of strike "renewable blocking" from Monday in two fiduciary centers that process more than a quarter of the country's banknotes.
