Did it fall alone from the vehicle or did the driver eject it? Neither were present to answer questions Tuesday before the Briey Criminal Court. The pilot was tried for failure to assist a person in danger, reports Le Républicain Lorrain .

On September 29, her passenger was found injured on the RD 137, between Moutiers-Haut and Briey, in Moselle. Barefoot and with a rate of 2.58 g of alcohol in the blood according to the regional daily, she had just fallen from a vehicle. Another motorist found her and alerted the firefighters.

The accused was sentenced to eight firm months in prison. A new conviction for this 40 year old man who is already the subject of an arrest warrant after thefts.
