January 12, 202022.05 Journalist Giampaolo Pansa died at 84 years old. Born in Casale Monferrato, Piedmont, after his classical high school diploma he graduated with honors in Political Science at the University of Turin with the thesis 'Partisan war between Genoa and the Po', which earned him the Einaudi Prize. In 1961 he entered the Turin newspaper La Stampa. He was also an essayist and columnist.
